I was charged the full amount on my credit card long before the job was even performed. I now know why. The job was not finished on time (still is not yet it has been 4 months). The house was left vacant 10 days to do the job and on day 10, when we arrived with the movers, the job was barely started. Some areas of old carpet had been removed, that is all. Now, the new carpet is peeling up on the sides and balling up in other areas (like if the pad below was rolled up). Calls are very polite but never returned, and only when I wrote to the BBB about this comany did I get a very cold message on my machine asking "ME" to be available (like if I had not???) . And finally, I asked for nylon carpet and was sold polyester. Basically not the "best in Boca " as his ad says...
