So here is the deal Flowerama has gone down the hill in customer service. My husband bought what he thought would be a beautiful wristlet for Mother’s Day just to find that the wristlet was poorly made and was too heavy for the band it was on. Flowerama did nothing to make it better no refund no store credit just a rood employee behind the counter shrugging her shoulders. This was a $40.00 wristlet mind you, so when shopping for flowers you are better off going with a place that offers customer satisfaction guarantee.
