Poor customer service

Recently I contacted this firm about a credit cleaning service. Overall, I can't say enough about how disappointed I am in the entire process. The response times were extremely slow, options or suggestions on actions to take were not provided, and at the end of the day I felt like I was brushed off. I told the agent that I worked with that I was actively trying to buy a home, and that I wanted help removing a single marking from my credit. The rep advised me to "wait a year before disputing" and didn't make any mention to why. She either didn't care, or didn't understand, my situation and put forth minimal effort (from what I could tell) to resolve the situation. I submitted a complaint to their customer service dept, pending their response, I will never do business with this firm again.

This person was not a client of ours so cannot speak of our process. This individual contacted us for help with a negative mark on their credit reports. After reviewing their credit reports we determined that we could not help and informed them that they would need to wait a year to try to remove the information as it had already been disputed with the credit bureaus several times and verified within the past six months. Apparently the email telling them this was not satifactory to them so they logged this complaint without contacting me first giving me an opportunity to resolve their problem.
