Fox Hill Pools has acknowledged large errors in construction oversight, yet has yet to fix the problem...over 1 YEAR LATER. Stall tactics, no return phone calls, no return emails. I have logged over 40 calls and Emails to Fox Hill Pools owner, Ben Hill, to no avail. We will be filing an official complaint with the BBB, as well as the state contractors license Board. IN addition, we were forced to hire an attorney to try to recover some of our loss. This is the first time in my life I have ever had to resort to such measures. Shame on Fox Hill Pools and Ben Hill.If I could rate them a ZERO star, I would.
