I have used the firm for a number of things for the past 2 years and have found that they are honest, hard working and ethical. Some folks don't understand the complexity of certain issues and believe the work can be differently than stated and thus they become unhappy clientele. Being in the service business myself I have found the firm to be upfront with me and do its best to manage my expectation even though in some cases I felt desperate to move quickly. The firm explained things to me in a way that helped me to relax and overcome my desperation and anxiety and I am glad because the outcome was as they explained and favorably.
My experience has been good in all cases and I would recommend them over most with no questions asked.
