Fransen and Molinaro is an excellent and reputable law firm. They have assisted us with a number of things. They have helped us successfully file for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and have assisted us with a Short Sale, as well. Another associate Rob, has also helped us find clients for our rental property. He has also been our property manager for our current residence.
The firm is very professional and we have always been able to count on them for communicating regularly. For us, communication is so very important, and as so many people know when you deal with the housing and mortgage industries, communication is so so difficult! All of the associates have been extremely helpful and when necessary speak in "layman's" terms so that understanding complicated terminology is not as difficult and intimidating.
We have already referred a close friend to their firm and will continue to refer others in the future. We have worked with Nathan, Greg, Rob, Wendi, Katy, and Deforest and each has been so helpful in his/her own way. My husband and I highly recommend Fransen and Molinaro and their associates. They have helped us get through some of the most difficult times in our lives. Thank you to all of you!
