They contacted me immediately and we set up an appt for 8:00am the next morning. My only complaint is that they were late. They did not arrive until 9:25am. Other than that, they were terrific!! They identified the problem and went to find the part they needed. When they found out that the exact manufacture part needed to be ordered and could take a week or so, they found an alternate part and tried to fix the problem same day. It worked and we got heat back in our home!!! Very pleased!
