I read these bad reviews and they worried me, but I'm glad I decided to buy from them anyway and take the risk. I ordered a table and 6 chairs online and they called me later that day to schedule a delivery date with me. I spoke with a woman there who was very nice, and they scheduled me for 2 days later, so I didn't have to even wait long at all. The drivers called me when they were 25 minutes away so I could get home in time for the delivery, which made things very convenient too... Good for someone with a busy schedule! And then the furniture looked just like it did in the picture, and I love it! One of the legs ended up having a chip in it, but they came back out a few days later and replaced it. Overall a really seamless, affordable experience! :)
