In reading some of the negative comments below I feel like they must be thinking of a different company or something. It's just so different from my experience! I know most online stores just operate from a PO Box, cuz they don't have stores, so that's no surprise. My family has been buying from furniture2go for years now, so I know for a fact there are lots of different reps to help you when you call in and I've seen at least 3 different delivery guys... so I don't think the person below that's saying "it's just a kid" got even close to the right information from whoever they talked to. I've never had any issues with them at all!! It's always been really nice and affordable stuff, and I totally love the service these guys do! I think the more angry reviews probably pop up because trustlink is related to the BBB... cuz if you go to their website they have a million testimonials from people just as happy as me. In any case, i'm going to keep buying from them like i always have. they're awesome!! :)
