I was very skeptical also when reading the mixed reviews on here but took the plunge and made a purchase recently. Once ordered I got a call the next day from the representative and she scheduled an appointment for delivery that same week. When it came time for delivery the driver called me 30 mins prior and because I was running late he was nice enough to wait for me. The driver was very friendly and courteous. Once we inspected the product he charged the card on the spot and went on his way. I saw the charge on the card correctly shown immediately. Once I built the dining table it was exactly as pictured and installation was a breeze. There were no broken parts and although the instruction manual was useless or too general of an explanation it was very straightforward all around to install. I can now say that the transaction was smooth all across. I understand some wasn't able to have the same experience and I do believe they are a smaller operation with low overhead than others which is probably why customer service might be lacking at times. However, this company is not a scam and does what they advertise with super low prices. 5 stars!
