Great Job on HVAC and related work

Sean Marciano of Fusion Star, Inc. and his crew installed complete new heating and air conditioning and a whole house fan in my home, removed old and installed new insulation, sealed the wood beam ceilings in our living and dining rooms, and other related work. Sean explained everything thoroughly, gave us options to choose from, and stayed in touch throughout the job. He and his crew were courteous, efficient, and left the work area clean each day. My husband had many questions, and Sean patiently explained every detail to his satisfaction.
Unlike some others we contacted for our big HVAC job, Sean both negotiated the contract and supervised the work hands-on. His prices were similar to other bids we received, but his customer service was outstanding. He was the only contractor who was able and willing to do all parts of the job, including the finishing work, painting and plastering to return affected areas to better than their pre-job condition. That was a big plus for us.
