I had very bad experience with this company. I called 800 number and I was promised cost between $110 to $170 for garage door spring replacement. When installed came, he checked the door weight and said he will charge $150. I said go ahead. When he completed install - he charged me $300 saying it is 2 springs. But I called 800 number back and it was still said cost is $110 to $170 and maybe $30-$50 more sometime depend on heavy spring which includes all cost and 2 springs.
He said total cost is $150. So basically he misguided me saying it will cost $150 and I said go ahead. But he did not say that he will be replacing 2 springs and total cost will be $300.
DO NOT do business with it or ASK TOTAL COST and do not take a word of installer. I try co complain on their web page - and when I click "submit" it will error out - so I cannot even write the letter.
I am writing a letter to BBB.
