We had a phenomenal experience renting from GCC Partners. Dealing with Scott was always hassle-free, as he is a very understanding and easygoing person. He always stepped in and took care of business when necessary and worked with us to find a solution with the HOA when there were issues. He was very fair in determining how much of our security deposit we got back, and even helped cover the cost of cleaning up a large detergent stain we had left. We developed a great rapport over the course of our two years renting from GCC Partners. If our lives ever lead us back to CA, we'll definitely look them up, as they provided exceptional professionalism in being our landlord.
