This review is regarding GE Money Bank - PO Box 960061, Orlando, FL 32896-0061 and a company in Tampa, Air Rescue, but mainly GE Money Bank. A tech/salesman from Air Rescue was in my home doing air conditioning maintenance and without my permission he installed a coil that is supposed to eliminate mold growth. He did not have my permission, but he forged paperwork and submitted to GE Money Bank and they paid Air Rescue almost $1,200. Now GE Money Bank has been trying to collect this amount plus 18.9% Interest. If I would have wanted this I would not have financed it I would have just paid for it with a check or credit card. I would never have financed this. I did not want or ask for this part to be installed, nor did I ask for any finance. They think because I am in my 80's that I am easy pickings. I sent letters and made phone calls to both Air Rescue and GE Money Bank to try to get this resolved, to no avail. I even paid to have another A/C company to remove the item and I packaged it up and shipped it back to Air Rescue on July 7, 2009. I have all the paperwork to back this up. I never got anywhere with either company. Do yourself a hugh favor and stay far away from GE Money Bank, Orlando, FL and Air Rescue, Tampa, FL. And yes it shows up on my credit report.
