I purchased a rebuilt rack for my 92 Honda Accord from Garo Steering on Ebay, and upon installation it leaked a lot of fluid. I emailed and they sent a replacement out very quickly, but it showed signs of seepage upon installing. I decided to give this one time to break-in, to see if it got better. Of course, it got much worse. Now that the time has passed for ebay to help, I get a very unhelpful response from Garo. They think it's acceptable to have the 2nd rack taken out of the car, boxed up, shipped to them for repair, and then reinstall when they send back....and I have to pay shipping both ways. All this because they didn't properly rebuild the first 2 racks......just ridiculous!
