In June 2011, We purchased a power steering pump for a land rover after having it installed and paying for expensive fluid the mechanic said the pump leaked. We then had to pay to have it removed, and a factory part put in with new expensive fluid. What went from a $300 expense turned into a $1200 expense just for a power steering pump. We immediately shipped the defective pump back with a letter explaining all that was lost. Gary Steering AKA Steeringpart.com has still not refunded us the money for the bad pump and has given us a runaround. This company is crap, poor customer service and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Don't trust automotive parts on ebay and especially from this company.
