My Worst shopping experience
I have to let it be known that this company does not have a return policy like every other company has. Every item you purchase comes with the invoice stamped no refunds on final sales eventhough the item is not on sale or auction. You have to speak to
Mr. Bond first because he has to either change your mind or try and sell you something else. I purchased a few expensive items from him prior to my bad experience. The first item arrived on time and after that the other orders came about three weeks later.
There so called customer service department do not answer your questions and you have to speak to Mr. Bond. His policy is to push a sale on you. If you do return the item he will only give you half of your money back and good luck disputing that with your
credit card company as I tried to do. You will take a huge loss. Sure, I e-mailed him several times and he lied each time about refunding me all my money. I wish I never switched to channel 95 Direct TV. They should be taken off the air.
