Called this company to repair our refrigerator. The employees of this company are rude, disrespectful and I suspect dishonest. They quoted a price of $500 to replace a $100 part (plus cost of service call $35.00) and when initially told no, price immediately came down to $400 and then if cash paid, $350.00. They also pulled refrigerator out at an angle and gouged floor. When advised of this, denied, denied, denied and then sent service person back to house to look at damage. He got on his knees and spit on our floor in an attempt to --well, who knows what the heck he was doing. He then stormed out in a huff. Called owner, he was rude, said customer not always right, and hung up on us. Have never dealt with a service company with such disregard for customer service.
