RIP OFF SCAM

I had a simple food allergy blood test and the doctor told me it was covered by my insurance. I was not told of any charges by Genova prior to receiving a bill from them for $849.59 and this is after my insurance company paid $941.75 to them. Their billing department has no common sense and would not listen to anything I had to say. It was then turned over to collections so I am now getting threatening letters from their attorneys. It has been eight months and yet I still do not have this issue resolved. I would suggest not having anything whatsoever to do with this company. It is a rip off scam! I would give it 0 stars if that were an option.
