Rude Customer Service, Expect no certification, Avoid at all costs
My overall experience with this company was terrible starting from technical difficulties with their servers being down for days thus causing my test to be invalidated several times (In one occasion, their web site went down in the middle of my test. In another occasion, even though I was under the time limit of the test when I completed it, the system failed my test.) After the website asked me to pay the full course again due this technical mistake on their part, I contacted customer service. They told me that their servers were down for couple of days. I was lucky enough to convince that this was not my mistake. After all, they could have warned their customers for this problem. They finally agreed to give me three more chances as you would expect from a “normal customer service” My main complaint is that they sent me my certificate so far twice, it was over 20 business days, and I still don't have it. Right after I completed my course, they issued my first certificate on 11.17.11. I waited 10 business days,nothing arrived in the mail. I called customer service, they reissued the certificate,I waited another 10 business days, it still didn't arrive.During this whole process, I felt that they were trying to force their customers to pay extra for premium delivery service, otherwise you are doomed. I called customer service today and explained the problem.The lady on the phone told me that I should check with my post office, as I may be not receiving mails in my address and there is nothing they can do any further. I told her in return that I regularly receive mails in my address;it has been twice that I was not receiving the certificate from their company.At this point you expect from a "decent company and customer service" to help you with your request, at least apologize and offer an expedited mail service for the inconvenience.When I mentioned this, the lady got very offensive and very rude,and told me that I should check with the post service again, because they don’t have any control over the postal service. I told her that I understood this, but how come the company is not listening or trying to come up with an alternative solution.She repeated the postal service/post office story again telling me that may be because of my attitude postman is not delivering certain mails to me.After I said "Excuse me, I don't have an attitude towards my postman,I don't even know him".She stepped back and said some customers do, meaning that not necessarily me, but I was offended.Then I asked to speak to her supervisor.She told me that she was the "manager".She repeated the postal service issue again and said that “it is the fourth time I am explaining this to you but you don't understand”.She was extremely rude. I was speechless for a moment.Then I told her that I am considering filing a complaint.She became very ugly, and said."Oh, go ahead and complain with Better Business Bureau, they may help you!" Then she hung up. I never dealt with a company like this before. They cost my money and my time ( a month). What a shame!
