Great Customer Service and Product- Highly Recommend

I was having a hard time finding a specific Oris watch my husband wanted for our 10 year anniversary. After googling the watch a few times I stumbled across Gideons website. Hesitant at first because I was in FL and this store was in CA I simply called to inquire on the price of the watch. The associate (Dini) who answered the phone was more than helpful. Even though I thought it was a good price I was still nervous about ordering from a store I knew nothing about especially when the item I was looking to purchase was not cheap. After reading a few reviews and calling a few times and speaking to both Dini and Ojon I decided to take the chance......what a great choice I made. Both Dini and Ojon were so helpful during the entire transaction, they never pressured me into buying and answered all of my questions. The watch arrived when promised with a nice thank you note and the packaging was great. Even though thousands of miles away Dini and Ojon made me feel like a valued customer that they saw in the store every day. Overall great buying experience I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great deal....great service, great product.....thank you Gideons!
