I purchased a watch from Gideon's and the service I received was prompt, friendly and excellent. I live in Brisbane, Australia and could no longer buy the particular style I wanted locally. Gideon's were having a Black Friday sale and although they didn't have the watch in stock, they honoured a sale price even thought it had taken 10 days to get one in. They sent the watch as soon as they received it. Packaged very well and I had received it before Christmas. I am not in the habit of buying jewellery half way across the globe but I would not hesitate buying from Gideon's in the future, or recommending them to others. Thanks Gideon's- excellent staff.
