Mr. Hurst went far beyond the ordinary in locating and negotiating the appropriate loan product to fit our needs, in a time of changing finance rates as well as changing requirements on our part.
I feel he served admirably as our advocate with all parties involved in this transaction (escrow company, title company, loan processors and various candidate vendors) and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
He earned every penny, and more, of his broker's fee for this transaction.
