Finally running in a proactive way

We just finished a somewhat length contract with Global Resources. Over the years we never really ran our company in a proactive way. We were always reacting to whatever emergency was currently going on. By some small miracle we have been profitable but always felt like we were robbing peter to pay paul and managing cash flow was a nightmare. With Globals help we properly setup Quickbooks and tied it into our POS system to manage stock levels. This change alone has allowed us to run our day to day operations in a more proactive way.
