Our time was mostly filled with them helping us create new tools and reporting processes to help organize things. This was a simple a business dashboard and better utilization for timesheets in our reporting process. We went from not tracking hours on a per project basis to tracking a great deal of data points. At first, I thought this was busy work but after utilizing the generated reports I can definitely see the value. They also helped us create and implement an employee incentive program which we can see already paying dividends.
