For as long as I remember we have always had problems in out accounting department. Whether it be from unpaid invoices that we somehow let pile up or invoices we owed vendors. It seemed like we were putting out fires weekly and we needed help. Global Resources we able to come in and help us identify what was really happening and what we could do to fix it. They almost immediately informed us we could either restaff our train up our employees. Julie spent hours working on setting up classes and training for our AP/AR staff. It was not a quick process but after a few weeks it was like almost night and day. One thing I did not realize was how fixing these issues would relieve a ton of pressure from us cashflow wise. We were not able to better track our overhead and identify issues before they ever happened. I no longer fear coming into work prior to payroll being processed and almost everyone’s stress level is lower.
