Erick and Zachary from Global Resources have been working onsite for over two months on and off. The initial three week stretch flew by and we had to pause because of some cash flow issues but after working out finances with Zachary they were back after two weeks and really started to tear into our operations. The biggest area they made an impact in was just helping us visualize how our business operated. This included totally overhauling our data analytics and reporting. They showed us how we currently ran things from our initial bidding process to the work product to our billing process. We were floored by how many inefficiencies there were in our processes. Thanks to their hard work we now have a much clearer understanding of how our company functions. This specifically has totally changed our entire estimating and bidding process. Their expertise and support has helped us transform our company from top to bottom.
