We worked with Global Resources and had Greg and Nathan on site during our engagement. Greg was quick to point out things we were missing, especially around tracking calls, follow-ups, and pricing, and he pushed our team to actually stick with the systems we put in place. Nathan helped us slow things down, reduce the chaos in production, and put structure around management meetings and accountability. A lot of the problems felt overwhelming before they were broken down, but once we started working through the UDEs and numbers, the issues became very clear. The tools and habits they introduced are things we’re continuing to use, and the experience changed how we look at running the business day to day.
