We are now coming up on being in business for 5 years. We currently employ 12 full time staff and 6 more part time. I mention this because I wanted to give an idea of the size of our company and how much of a hardship it would be if we hired on a company like global resources and we ended up failing. I relayed that Jose P when we first started discussing what I expected from the engagement and what I felt comfortable spending. I had already spent a few days with someone else from his company but Jose was the boots on the ground so to speak. Jose pointed out several inefficiencies that frankly we were embarrassed to find out about. We had several staff working on overlapping tasks to the point where they were actually a hinderance to each other. We now have a more streamlined efficient company one where I am not struggling to make payroll twice a month. I would have no issue with bringing Jose or anyone else from his team back in the future if the need ever arises.
