After three weeks working with global resources, specifically with Susan, I just wanted to share my experience with her. Susan's input was constructive, well-informed, and aligned with what we saw for our future growth plans. We had just completed another location acquisition before we brought her on. This is what prompted us to bring in help to smooth out the wrinkles with folding in new staff and offsite labor. She spent the first week building a solid relationship with all of our employees, new and old. She helped us sell them on the new and improved systems and processes that were implemented over the last month. I am not sure the transition would have gone as smooth or even been possible without her help and guidance.
