I have learned that I cannot do it all, that I needed help to work on my business and to understand why we were no longer as successful as we once were. This led me to hire Global Resources and how I found myself working side by side with Tom, who went out of his way to help us figure out what was going wrong. He spent a lot of time with my two most trusted managers going over the last two years of projects we completed. After two weeks we had a lot of data and some answers to questions we had never even thought of asking. I had to make some very hard decisions based on Tom's recommendations but ultimately I am happy with how things have turned out. Now the entire engagement that spanned almost two months both onsite and remote did end up costing more than we had originally agreed on. They were upfront and transparent with the costs and how we were veering off our original scope so I can't fault them. I just want people to go in with open eyes that the process itself may evolve into something that costs more than you had planned. In my case money well spent and I have no regrets.
