John Hempstead (323-854-4367) and his team at Gold Start Mortgage were nothing short of ourstanding during the refinancing of both our home on the Suncoast of Florida and our rental home in Miami.
They got right to work, understood our needs and goals, and got things done. Period.
Everyone was timely and accurate in their responses, their disclosures were on the money (we wanted to refinance for lower rates and because we had established some equity that we wanted to use for home improvements) and they diligently got the job done.
