I have sent jewelry to Goldfellow.com twice now and have been very happy with their service and settlement. I actually lost the first check they sent and I called them - a real person answered the phone. They put a stop on the first check and mailed a second check out right away. Having someone actually pick up the phone when I called and the fair payment made me feel like they were a legitimate company. I will use them again. I couldn't remember where I'd sent my first jewelry - and google'd 'selling gold jewelry, cash' and got so many hits with similar sounding names. Be careful - read reviews. I did prior to selecting Goldfellow. There was only one bad review that I could find on Goldfellow and Goldfellow wrote a rebuttal which I felt addressed the issues raised by the complainer. While you might not get as high a payment as you might from a pawnbroker - there's no way I'd go to the areas of town that the pawnbrokers are in... and it is a rare jewelry store that will buy gold. They want to 'sell' gold. Goldfellow makes the whole process easy. They sent me the FedEx envelop and payment was presented within 1 week.
