Purchased a bracelet for my wife's birthday on Wednesday. Paid for overnight shipping. Received link confirming sale and showing delivery Thursday or Friday. No delivery. Closed over the weekend so called Monday and was told "the promotions department denied the sale." What is that? No present for my wife! Told me they didn't charge my credit card. Checked online and it was charged the Wednesday I bought it. Now have to dispute that, too. Got another email saying that I cancelled the sale but not to worry because they didn't charge my card. Either this is a scam website, or these people are clueless, untrustworthy, and should be avoided. Plenty of other better online retailers.
