Goldmart has earned my business over the past two years
|
I first started doing business with Goldmart a couple of years back and they have been faithful in delivering on their promises even through the trying time when they moved from California to Carson City, Nevada right when I was expecting an order to be
delivered. They have worked hard to get over their growing pains and they seem to be improving with each order. There have been times when they were so swamped and backlogged that it took an extra 3-4 weeks for their shipments to get in and for my order to
be filled but they were upfront with the issue as soon as they recognized the problem (supply issues seem to be one of the pitfalls of the retail precious metal industry). During these times (two that I can remember of), Goldmart has notified their customers
of the issues and even gone so far as to offer products "at cost" for a period of time in an effort to "make it right" in the eyes of customers like me. I don't expect perfection in this industry, but I expect honesty and Goldmart has delivered good products
at good prices with integrity so I plan to keep them on my short list of dealers I'm willing to do business with.
