I recently purchased a property with Goodwin & Thyne representing the seller. After the deal had closed and I had moved my family across the country, I learned how hard Kevin Goodwin and his team had worked behind the scenes to keep the deal together on more than one occasion, all seamlessly and flawlessly to his credit. This is a professional team who works hard for both seller and buyer alike, even after the sale is complete simply as a courtesy and sign of good faith.
