If you want your stuff delivered late and scratched, broken, missing, and the price doubled< then this is the mover for you!
Please read Kim S. review for a very good breakdown of this moving company. My wife was strong armed to sign a 'revised' quote upon loading, which by the way was four days later than agreed upon. The lead mover Kenneth, cursed at my wife and told her he hoped she would die after she pointed out the floor damage in our just sold house. (Which also cost me money to repair). I called the office and spoke with Coby (Colby) (who knows, who cares), and told him if this Kenneth arrived in California, he had better have the cops with him as I would be there to meet him. Needless to say, Kenneth did not deliver to California. Coby also promised he would discount my move and now will not return phone or email messages. All, and I mean all of our furniture arrived damaged, dented and scraped appliances, and many missing items. The list goes on and on! The will also not respond to my requests for the claim forms needed on all my damaged and missing items. This is the all time worst moving company in the history of moving companies! Do not and I repeat, DO NOT USE This Company!!!!!! I will give you a thousand reasons to save your money, heartache and turmoil to use a valid mover instead of these hacks! Please, please head my advice and use someone, anyone else! If there is anyone out there with knowledge on how to legally pursue this company, please get back with me.
