They broke the glass on the conference room table they were moving- the only item they were moving. The glass pieces speared the floor about a dozen times and damaged the conference room floor. They have not returned any calls in three months, except when I posed as a person wanting to move I was able to get them on the phone twice. They (Alex? Alec?) claimed that they filed an insurance claim with Progressive but after calling Progressive I found they have not. Now the Progressive claims adjuster can't get them to call him back and he suggests we take legal action. HORRIBLE!
