TERRIBLE COMPANY AND OWNER

As someone who worked for this company, I got a very good understanding of the company as well as the owner’s mindset. While she says she wants to give you a great experience, she will screw over her employees and blame us for her lack of professionalism. I worked for about 4 months for Shawna, and have multiple qualities that I feel make the company one of the worst out there. While her employees work hard for her, she has terrible punctuality and if she gives you a time of service, she will send one of her workers first then will arrive hours after most of the work has been done, then stays extra time past the work being compete keeping you longer than you she have to be there. Along with terrible time management, she also lacks in communication skills. Ive gone hours in my day without knowledge of what I’m doing until an hour before I’m supposed to be there or getting messages at 1 am because she couldn’t be bothered to give me schedule the day before so lost of the time I set my alarm early in hopes I would get my schedule in time to go and do it that next day. She also does not coordinate with clients because there have been many times I have wasted my gas driving to locations that were not ready to go or were the wrong place all together due to her lack of organization. To top it all off, when I chose to leave due to differing opinions and a new job offer, my last check was held 2 days past the time I should have been paid because she feared I wouldn’t return the supplies after I asked about returning to her not the other way around. Overall a terrible company to hire and bring into your home and to work for. Shawna doesn’t know what she is doing and I wouldn’t be surprised if the company fails in the next few years due to lack knowledge of how to run a successful company.
