I've owned Acura vehicles for the past 20 years, I currently own 3. Grubbs is only about 15 minutes from my home, they advertised an MDX I was interested in on both their website and Acura website. It took 3 phone calls/emails to get a salesperson to contact me. I stated the vehicle I was interested in and what I was willing to pay for it. They said fine, but have to come into the dealership. I should have known better. I get to the dealership, and the price has an additional $5000 in BS fees/charges. No reference to any additional charges on website, completely deceptive and false advertising. After about 4 hours, 6 visits from the "sales manager" agreed on a price...expected to take delivery on the weekend. Every day sales person would call and tell me something changed, another delay, etc. No wonder that vehicle is still on their website 2 months later.
This is the worst car dealership (especially higher end, and even say Drive Time ore similar) I've ever experienced in nearly 40 years of purchasing cars....STAY AWAY you have been warned.
