Family Trusts and wills, and estate planning in Los Angeles take as much skill and experience here as they do any where else, but in LA my confidence is placed in Jane Hall. After a while you get a sense that the information you are getting is correct and that there is a competent professional in your corner making sure that you are being taken care of in retirement, and that your property is not being confiscated by the state when you pass away.
Of course last year 2010 was a very good year to pass away in as there was no estate tax, but seeing as I escaped the draw, I am letting Jane be my guide!
By the way, Jane is a member of the Executive LeTip of West Los Angeles, one of the most successful networking clubs in the country.
