SCAM -------REFUND DEPARTMENT

Hardship Center in Costa Mesa, California is a TOTAL SCAM. THEY charged us $1,500 to try to help us modified our mortgage loan and it has been over a year. Now this company can not do anything for us. We have asked for a refund since September 2012, and never heard from them again. WATCH out for Richard Winn, Paul Warner, two females named Rachel and Ashley, they are untrustworthy. Is it a red flag when you call this company and always get a recording. In good faith, we give them are money to try to help us, and in good faith we would like are refund back.
