My experience with Jody @ Harvard Gold Group was very reassuring that good honest business people do still exist. She took quite a bit of time, over several long distance phone calls, to explain and reinforce everything I needed to know about buying gold, both in an IRA as well as Direct Delivery. She walked us through both processes to make sure my wife and elderly mother were comfortable with both of the decisions. She was very patient and professional.
