Excellent experience. Very professional. Jody spent a generous amount of time explaining all my options. Requested printed information, which I received immediately. Made decision to purchase. Jody never pushed the sale. Guided me through the banking process. Made sure I understood all the ins and outs. Once the purchase was confirmed, I received a delivery ETA and tracking. She also reconfirmed the delivery address. The purchase arrived on time and in good condition. Jody followed up the next day to confirm receipt.
