Lesson Learned: Read an Online Merchants Reviews Before You Shop

Not doing so has cost me $90, not to mention the frustration I've experienced dealing with Healthy and Active's cavalier attitude. The company refused to give me a refund on an unopened package, and no amount of reasoning could persuade them otherwise. When I said I would report them to the Better Business Bureau, of which they claim to be a member--I don't know how given their numerous negative reviews--the representative merely chuckled and said, "Go ahead," sounding as if she believed herself to be invincible.
