Poor Quality Bird Bath

We purchased a birdbath from Hen Feathers Collections in August of 2025. We placed it in the garden and covered it for the winter. This spring we uncovered it and to our dismay the bowl was chipping and the bowl material itself was crumbled. After weeks of calling we got the news that the birdbath was being discontinued (Wonder Why???) He said we shouldn't have covered it and in the next moment he said he would send us a complimentary cover....WHAT? Then the cover was back ordered for weeks. So we waited again. He sent a sealer to seal the bowl but NEVER OFFERED A RETURN. If you decide to order a birdbath, warning, the material is like a stone aggregate NOT real stone of any kind. WE WISH WE HAD NEVER DEALT WITH THE COMPANY. We made repeated attempts to reach the number on the website and waited weeks before he reached out to us. AWFUL experience and expensive too. Now we are left with repairing a shoddy product!!!!
