I purchased a garage door from Heritage over 20 years ago, and just recently, my door stopped opening. It turned out the spring broke. Greg, the manager, warranted the spring repair and scheduled the work promptly. Not sure how many garage door companies would warranty their product after 20 years, but I am sure there aren't many.
