I contacted Hibbard Chevrolet and requested a price quote for a specific vehicle I had seen on the Internet. I gave the salesperson the VIN# and was called back with a very reasonable quote. I told the salesperson I would be out the next day to test drive the vehicle. After working all night I drove almost an hour to the dealer. The salesperson met me and walked me out to a vehicle that was different from the one we had discussed. The color was the same, but the specs were different. The price for the vehicle I originally wanted came back to be more than $2000 over what was quoted the previous day. They had pulled a classic bait and switch. I asked for the sales manager who took over 20 minutes to come talk to me. He of course denied my allegation and offered no apology or compensation for the "mistake". I do not believe this was a simple mistake since they were given a specific VIN# to quote. I distrust this dealer and would not recommend them.
