Item never arrived, no response to calls or emails...

Bought a fuel pump from their website. Website claims that parts sold are OEM, but apparently that is not what other reviews and media sites say. I wouldn't know for sure however, since my part never arrived. I emailed the company and recieved no reply,
so I called the number on their website. I got an answering machine at 11am PST. I then used the contact form for their "sales department" on their website, still no reply. After some searching I see that the number at the top of their site is different than
the number elsewhere so I called the other number, same answering machine only now it's an hour later. I left a post on their FaceBook page asking them to contact me...nothing. Further searching leads me to their F rating on the BBB website. They are not a
BBB member, but there are four complaints against them there, hence the bad rating. Another review site notes similiar issues. Item arrived late, item arrived NOT OEM, poor communication...other than that I can't find much...I ordered from them because they
sold OEM parts, were a $100 cheaper than Pep Boys and Autozone, and because they offered free two day priority shipping. The tracking number they provided is blank and shows that only shipping information was recieved, not that the item was ever shipped (often
from printing out the shipping label on line)...I was expecting the part the same week but more than a week past that and I still have nothing...no part - no working car - no $125...will be contacting my credit card company next! Purchase with caution!!
