Well I am surprised to hear all the negative comments. Got my electronic doggie door and it was the very first item installed in my new home. I was excited my pooch Bagelz age 10 jumped right through the door with complete ease immediately. My friends all call it the "Jetson" door ala tv show from the 60's. Thought I would have to hire a trainer and teach him. His nose was getting too roughed up from the standard door I formerly had within my glass door.
It is a Godsend for me and my family. When we go out to visit our other farm animals or are carrying big loads, he just jumps right through and joins the family.
He is free to roam around,and I think this is the most ingenious product I have ever purchased. Thanks for your great attention and prompt always courteous service.
